A HAVEN OF PEACE TO MEET FRIENDS AND FAMILY
The house
Modern “Chalet” on 3 floors, the extremely open on the outside villa proposes a solarium and several terraces, varying the panorama between the sea and the hills. Besides, the house is made up of an entrance, a lounge, two kitchens (one closed and one outside for the summer), a dining room with a fireplace, two separate rooms and a mezzanine, a bathroom, a master suite (with bathroom and privative terrace), a cellar and a garage with a shed.
The garden
To offer you a relaxing moment outside at any time of the day, you can enjoy the big garden surrounding the villa. Closed by walls, your moment will be intimate and deprived. For your comfort, garden furniture in teak, parasols, deckchairs, hammocks and beds of sun are at your disposal. Bit extra for your evenings with friends: the barbecue and the summer shower.
The residence
Our Spanish jewel is located inside a totally secured residence. The residence FincaVerd extends over 50 hectares of hills and of valleys, overhanging the Mediterranean Sea. Equipped with a big swimming pool with a pool house, you can also enjoy its small forest of pines. The sportiest can practice on the tennis court with its porous surface, either on fields of soccer and basketball, also available for the children.

At the core of the smallest typical fishing villages, you will discover the secrets of monasteries and churches of Romanic style, but also vestiges of the Iberia peoples, Greco-Roman ruins, Jewish neighbourhoods and medieval fortresses … The big inheritance of Salvador Dalí will transport you at the heart of the surrealist artistic time and will reveal you its surprising vision of the Spanish coast.
The quietest ones will enjoy the relaxing effects of thermal waters and sea resorts, and the greediest ones of the gastronomic traditions of the South. Finally, the adventurers will be guided by ways dedicated to the hikes, to the mountain bike or to the golf.
The nature
Walk, ski, run, pedal, play, navigate, jump, swim … in brief, live Costa Brava and Pyrenees of Gerona by making what you like the most. The climate allows to realize activities all year long and to appreciate the most original natural landscapes that you can imagine, both in the sea and in High Mountain.
Everything is ready to welcome you and to make you enjoy your favourite sports … All we need now is you!
In family
A few localities as Blanes, Rose or Calonge-Sant Antoni, which centred their efforts on the family tourism, have from now on an offer certified by the label ” Destination of Family Tourism ” awarded by the Catalan Agency of the Tourism. You will find in there a bunch of activities and services adapted to the children and to the family, so that each can take advantage at best of his stay, without being forced of doing concessions. Come to the spot to notice it!
The culture
Let yourself be surprised by the various cultural experiences that Spain has to offer you. Begin for example with its historic past: Palaeolithic and Neolithic sites, vestiges of the Iberian peoples, Greco-Roman ruins, exceptional testimonies of the Middle-Ages … You will observe with attention the presence of the Romanesque art and the exceptional, very well preserved Jewish inheritance – as well as big works of the Modernism and especially the Surrealism, between the works of Dali and those of the school of Olot.
Do not either forget to discover the popular culture, with the traditional parties of the street.
The snow
You thought that in Spain, there were only sun and sea? Well, think again, the snow is also a part of the landscape!
In Pyrenees of Girona, you will appreciate the pleasures of the Alpine skiing in one of the most traditional ski resorts (Molina, Masella, Núria and Vallter on 2000), or you will love Nordic skiing in the resort of Guils Fontanera.
A good snow, quality runways and fantastic landscapes are waiting for you!
